Mind Body Exercise Specialist
(Formerly Chinese Health Therapist)
Certification Objective:
The Mind Body Exercise Specialist certification provides the
clinician with the ability to open a practice in energy medicine, where
they can recognize basic energy imbalance and
provide a number of modalities to assist their client, including foods,
herbals, exercise protocols, and
basic tonification qigong treatments to clients. They will gain the
skills necessary to teach safe and effective QiGong exercise courses in
fitness and healthcare settings. This course also
provides safe practices for the clinician to build their own qi, for
self protection, health and balance.
This course provides you the
requirements as
a Level 2 Qigong Instructor as
required by the National Qigong Association.

MQ1 Medical QiGong for Self Health
This course can be
taken privately or with a group. It is offered general four
times yearly at Inner Strength. Please visit the Inner Strength

student wishes to study, return and take the final at a later
